For whatever reason, people not playing these games for two years seems to cause them to forget the Konami Code. So, here it is:
Also, here's a list of games that use the Konami Code. I don't know why this is here, but it seemed like it was relevant to the topic at hand. Either way, enjoy using this cheat with games you've never played before (or probably will again.) If there is no region flag, that means that the game was released in multiple countries.
Game Name Instructions Contra Enter at title screen, it gives you 30 lives. Crisis Force Enter at title screen, it gives you 15 lives. Gradius Pause game and enter code. Activates all Power-Ups except for Speed Up and Double. Jackal Enter at title screen, it gives you 30 lives. Life Force Enter at title screen, it gives you 30 lives. Salamander Enter at title screen, it gives you 30 lives. TMNT 2 - Arcade Enter at the title screen, with A and B buttons reversed for a stage select mode.
