vGBX Launch + vNES 2.13

Over at our shiny new sister site, www.virtualgbx.com, we've finally opened the (virtual) doors to our (virtual) library of Game Boy games. Go over there to check it out.

Here at vNES, we've released vNES 2.13, which fixes an issue with audio sync that can cause the program to use up an entire CPU core in certain cases. It also loads 50% faster than before. Users of this site have already been upgraded.
